We are offering nesting boxes for birds and bird feeders.
We also have "Totes for all Reasons". Whether it be for partying (when and where permitted), gardening, house work or whatever. They are available ready to use, ready to finish or ready to decorate, however you wish. They are available in two versions, one made with Birch veneer plywood for $30.00 and one made of clear pine for $35.00. They all have removable dividers to keep items from sliding around.
Most recently we have added Bee Hotels to support the Mason Bees that do such a great job pollinating your garden. These are available for $25.

NOTICE - COVID 19
As a result of the current Covid-19 crisis the Navan Lions Club has temporarily suspended face-to-face meetings and other activities that could contribute to the spread of the virus.  We continue to meet online and have managed several fundraising activities, such as the making of planter boxes and birdhouses and we are also running a bottle drive. Click HERE to find out more.

In order to continue our support for the community during this difficult period, The Navan Lions Club strongly supports the NCA “Navan Helping Hands” Network. The network uses Facebook and Messenger for communications and has "Ambassador" participants who can connect by telephone with those needing assistance who do not have the online capability.

Full details on how to join and participate are at www.navan.on.ca/helping-hands.

Helping Hands members or Ambassadors may post a request on the Facebook page or on Messenger when in need of food or staple products; Members respond if they can supply the item(s). Helping Hands Members may also post when going out to purchase food/supplies for themselves; other Members and Ambassadors can respond should they need something; Ambassadors post a need on behalf of a neighbour or friend should that person not have online connectivity in the groups.

The Navan Lions Club will also continue to offer support to people in need through its Welfare fund and  through the Hannah Billings fund. If you are aware of any special needs and you think the Lions Club can help – please call our president, David Grattan at (613) 835 2770.
